Cancellation By Guests: If you as a guest cancells your booking, whatsoever is the reason, before 24 hours of the check-in time of the booking we promise you to refund you 100% of your booking value as customer curtosy.

Cancellation By Host: If You as a Host cancells your booking, it not only effects your own ratings but also it gives a bad impression to our and your business. Cancellation by a host overall is bad sign of business. So it is not recommended to a host to cancell a booking because it can irritate a guest and he or she may never return back. However if the place is occupied for what so ever reason may be considered as a feasiable cause for cancellation. A host may temporarily disable his account, if for any reason, he or she is unable to host a guest for a while during which he or she will not be searched out and booked.
